The Village Board of Aldermen has formed a LEADERSHIP SALADO program designed to increase interest and education regarding local, county, and state government; community organizations; businesses; local issues; finances; public safety; economic development; plans, and goals.  It is anticipated that further knowledgeable involvement in government and community affairs will result from this program..
