Open Records Request Fees

Overview

Upon making an Open Records Request, the requester must determine their preferred method to receive documents. 

Preferred Method to Receive Documents 

  •  MADE AVAILABLE TO THE REQUESTER FOR EXAMINATION ONLY. The requester may schedule a date and time to examine the documents in person. The examination must be completed within ten days of the date the records are made available. 
  • PHOTOCOPIED The requester may receive the information sought in the form of paper. (see below for charges)
  • DUPLICATED The requester may receive a duplication of the information sought when it is in the form of audiotapes, videotapes, computer tapes, or other similar recording systems. (see below for charges)
  • MAILED/EMAILED The requester may receive the information sought to the specified mailing or email address (see below for charges)
  • FAXED The requester may receive the information sought to the specified fax number. (see below for charges)

Standard paper copy $.10/per side of page
Oversized paper copy (i.e. legal size) $.50/per side of page
Non-standard size copy:  
     Diskette $1.00/each
     CD $1.00/each
Fax Charges:  
     Local call $.10/page
     Long Distance call $1.00/page

Personal Charges (Applied only when the request is 51 or more pages long or when acquisition requires retrieval from a different location.)
