Village Administrator

Overview

The Village Administrator is responsible for planning, directing, managing, and reviewing all activities and operations of the Village; ensuring the financial integrity of the municipal organization; monitoring the and providing policy advice and administrative support to the Mayor and City Council.

Manuel De La Rosa has over 30 years of diverse municipal experience.  Most recently served in South Texas the City of San Benito as City Manager.  Previously served the Central Texas cities of Liberty Hill as City Administrator, Jonestown as City Administrator, and Kyle as Director of Planning.  Mr. De La Rosa's public service started in the Houston area.  Manny has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas, and is a Certified Public Manager through The William P. Hobby Center for Public Service at Texas State University.
