Open Records Request Fees
Overview
Upon making an Open Records Request, the requester must determine their preferred method to receive documents.
Preferred Method to Receive Documents
- MADE AVAILABLE TO THE REQUESTER FOR EXAMINATION ONLY. The requester may schedule a date and time to examine the documents in person. The examination must be completed within ten days of the date the records are made available.
- PHOTOCOPIED The requester may receive the information sought in the form of paper. (see below for charges)
- DUPLICATED The requester may receive a duplication of the information sought when it is in the form of audiotapes, videotapes, computer tapes, or other similar recording systems. (see below for charges)
- MAILED/EMAILED The requester may receive the information sought to the specified mailing or email address (see below for charges)
- FAXED The requester may receive the information sought to the specified fax number. (see below for charges)
