Burn Permit Request Application

Open burning can only be achieved with an authorized Burn Permit. Burn Permits are good for the day requesting to burn and authorization must be granted on a daily basis by the Village of Salado.

Authorization

Applicant hereby agrees to accept full responsibility for any damage or loss resulting from improper control of the fire. Applicant further agrees to never leave a fire at any time, until the fire is completely extinguished. At any time during the burn the fire department receives a complaint regarding the open burning, the fire department has the authority to extinguish the fire.
