I understand that any false statement made by me on this application could cause revocation of the permit. I understand that I am required to abide by all rules and regulations of the Village of Salado's Itinerant Vendor and Mobile Food Vendor Ordinance. Further, I authorize the Village of Salado to investigate and verify the facts claimed by me on this application.
