(1) All credit card payments will be charged a convenience fee. (2) A drop box is located at the Municipal Building at 301 North Stagecoach Road for after hours payments. Do not put cash payments in the drop box.

I hereby understand that in accordance with Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Art. 27.14(c), case payment will result in a waiver of a jury trial and a finding of guilty, which may be reported to Texas Department of Public Safety. I hereby knowingly and voluntarily waive all my rights to a trial. I also understand that case payment will waive my right to other offense mediations such as a Driving Safety Course or compliance dismissals. Only full payments or previously approved payment plans may be paid online.
