Bert Henry is a Consultant at a Central Texas CPA firm, leveraging a background as a Corporate Investigator and Auditor with Saks, Inc. and The Navy Exchange Command. With a focus on ensuring organizational success and ethical operations, he played a pivotal role in Business Continuity Management. His responsibilities included risk analysis, emergency response planning, compliance monitoring, and post-disaster recovery services. Additionally, he created and reviewed disaster preparedness plans and policies, overseeing training and drills, and coordinating disaster preparedness activities.

In 2012, Bert relocated to Salado and contributed significantly to the community as a Volunteer Firefighter and Emergency Medical Responder from November 2014 until October 2021. His roles included Public Information Officer, President, and Vice-President of the Executive Board. His advocacy efforts played a key role in establishing the Bell County Emergency Services District #1. Recognized for his dedication, Bert received Firefighter of the Year honors three times and numerous other awards, certificates, and commendations, including the Belton Police Department Chief's Award in 2013.

During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, SCUBA Diving, playing the drums and watching his son, Ember, practice and compete in Motocross events.
