Overview of Alderman Neil Dunch

Neil Dunch brings over 30 years of leadership experience to the Village of Salado Board of Aldermen, with a distinguished career spanning global corporations and entrepreneurial ventures. He currently serves as an executive at Dell Technologies, where he leads initiatives in operations management, procurement, supply chain, and logistics. His expertise also includes business startups, mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale business transformation.

Before joining Dell, Neil held leadership roles at Schlumberger Oil Field Services and General Motors, gaining deep operational and international business experience. He also has a background in private equity, further enhancing his strategic and financial insight.

Since relocating to Salado in 2018, Neil has become an active member of the local business community as co-owner of Inn on the Creek Properties, Alexander’s Distillery, and The Shed. He also serves on the Board of the Salado Community Foundation, supporting initiatives that enrich the village and its residents.

In his free time, Neil enjoys traveling with his family and proudly supports his son in collegiate baseball and his daughter in competitive soccer.
