**Professional Cost Deposits are required on plat and site development permits submission requiring legal, engineer, and/or other professional service reviews or consultations. Deposits will be calculated based on $1,000 per acre not to exceed $10,000 for the initial deposit. Professional Services fees will be deducted from the deposit at costs to the Village are incurred at a rate of the Actual Cost of Professional Service plus $10.0%. Deposits must be maintained through the life of the project.
